We had an incredible experience with Rebecca Rushforth and Maple Ave Living. Nobody knows the Vienna area and market better than Rebecca. She listened to our needs, found our dream house in the perfect Vienna neighborhood, and arranged for us to see it before the house even went on the market! Without Rebecca's guidance and knowledge of the community, we never would have found this dream home for our family. (In addition to being a phenomenal realtor, Rebecca is a genuinely kind and amazing person, which means that she's beloved in the community and routinely knows of opportunities before they ever hit the open market.) Rebecca also did a fantastic job selling our previous home--she staged it beautifully, and it sold well above our asking price (setting a new record in the neighborhood). She was also incredibly patient in walking us through the closing process for both homes. Selling or buying a home is a daunting task, especially in today's market. But with Rebecca, the entire process was seamless--a testament to her tireless work and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Rebecca enough. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Northern Virginia area, she is simply the best.

We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca! She knows the DMV area inside and out and her expertise was invaluable as we searched for our home in Old Town Alexandria. She patiently helped us tour countless houses until we found the perfect match. When it came time to make an offer Rebecca’s guidance was spot on. She knew exactly what it would take to be competitive against five other offers and thanks to her strategy we WON! What stood out the most is that Rebecca did not stop once the deal was done. She gave us every heads up and detail we needed throughout the process and even after closing she has been by our side helping us make smart renovation decisions.
